Housekeeping software for hotels

Reception stops ringing the floor.

BedsReady gives each housekeeper her own rooms on her own phone, in the order arrivals need them, and shows reception the moment a room is finished and checked. Built inside a working hotel, not a lab.

What it fixes

The three gaps every hotel housekeeping operation has.

Whether you run twelve rooms or two hundred, the same three things cost you money every day.

Rooms sit ready and unsold

A room is finished at 11:40 and reception hears about it at 13:15. In the meantime a guest is waiting in the lobby and an early check-in you could have charged for goes unsold.

No answer when a guest complains

The bathroom complaint arrives three days after checkout. Without a timestamped photo set there is nothing to look at, so the compensation gets paid and nobody learns anything.

Hours paid don't match rooms turned

You pay the clocked hours. Nobody can tell you what a departure actually costs to turn over, or which day of last week ran four hours over and why.

The screens

One system, three people, same information.

These are the live product, running in a hotel this morning. Names and room numbers are the only thing changed.

A housekeeper's phone showing her own rooms for the day with ready, waiting and done counts
The housekeeper: her rooms only, ordered so arrivals get done first. Counts of ready, waiting and done at the top.
A room card in progress with a running timer and buttons for finish room, break and bad condition
Each room carries the linen the incoming booking needs, a running timer, and one tap per event — finished, on a break, room in bad condition, something missing.
The reception view showing rooms ready to sell, being cleaned, guest still in and to clean
Reception: ready to sell, being cleaned, guest still in. Arriving guest, nights, early check-ins and notes on every room, without a phone call to the floor.
The supervisor's day view listing rooms that need attention now and rooms to chase
The supervisor gets what needs her now — a room blocking a check-in, a maintenance job sitting in an arrival room — not a list of thirty-one rooms.
The weekly housekeeping report showing hours against allowance and room check scores
The week as it lands on Monday: hours against allowance, room checks by housekeeper, linen not changed unnecessarily, and the handful of things worth a word. Sample property; figures are illustrative.
What you get

What's in it for a hotel.

Rooms ordered by arrival, not by floor

Departures with a guest arriving tonight come first, early check-ins before that. The order changes when reception flags one, without anyone redoing a sheet.

Linen counted from the booking

Two adults and a child arriving means the card says four bath towels, four hand towels, a bath mat — so the trolley is loaded once.

Photo proof on every job

A room isn't finished until the photos are in. Bed, bathroom, floor — you set the list. Timestamped and kept.

Room checks scored out of 30

Rooms picked at random each day, scored against your own checklist. A low score sends the room back and says why, in writing.

Standard minutes against clocked minutes

Set the standard time for a turn. The report shows the gap by day, by floor and by housekeeper before it becomes a month-end surprise.

Maintenance raised from the room

The housekeeper reports the dripping mixer from the job she's standing in, with a photo, rather than remembering it at handover.

Already running

This isn't a mockup.

Questions

What hotels ask us first.

Do my housekeepers need to install an app?

No. They open a link in the phone's browser and sign in with their first name and a 4-digit PIN. That matters when half the team is agency staff who change every few weeks.

Does it connect to my PMS?

Not yet, and we'd rather say so than promise it. Today the day's arrivals and departures come in from your existing report. PMS integration is on the list and we'll build it against whichever system the first operators run.

What happens to the photos?

They're stored with the job, the room and the time. When a complaint comes in a week later you open that room's clean and look at what was actually there.

How small is too small?

It earns its keep from about ten rooms upwards. Below that a group chat is honestly fine.

What does it cost?

We're setting pricing with the first operators outside our own group. Ask for early access and you'll get a date and a price before anyone else does.
