How do supervisors check rooms?
On Checks, pass or fail each area of a finished room; a failed room goes back to the housekeeper.
Rooms to check are picked at the daily import, using the percentage set under Settings. You can add any room from the board with Add to my checks, or remove one with Take off the check list.
- Open Checks. Switch between Mine and Everyone's.
- Tap a room under Ready to check.
- Mark each area Pass or Fail, or tap All pass.
- If anything fails, write what needs putting right. The housekeeper sees it.
- Tap Pass room, or Fail: send back to the housekeeper.
A failed room goes to the top of the housekeeper's list with your note, and comes back to Ready to check when they finish. Adding photos to a check is part of BedsReady Premium.
