How do I work through my rooms as a housekeeper?
My rooms shows your next room; tap Start, then Finish when it's done.
- Open My rooms. The top card shows your Next room with what to do (towel sets, linen change, bed change).
- Tap Start with the room number. A timer shows how long you have taken against the planned minutes.
- Need to stop for a moment? Tap Pause, then Resume.
- When the room is done, tap Finish with the room number. It goes to your supervisor to check, or straight to ready.
You can only have one room going at a time. A room shows Waiting for checkout until the guest has left.
If nobody slept in a room, tap Room not used and confirm. Reception and the manager are told straight away. For a guest who has gone early, use Guest checked out early.
If rooms are added to or taken off your list, a Your rooms have changed message tells you which. The page updates by itself.
