How do I move rooms between housekeepers or mark someone off sick?
Use the Staff board or the Team today box on the room board.
Staff board (supervisors and managers): everyone on today with their rooms and tasks, plus an Unassigned column. Drag a room that hasn't been started onto a person. On a phone, tap the room, then tap the person. Tasks move the same way.
Team today box on the Room board:
- Give rooms: pick rooms not started yet from other lists and give them to this person.
- Sick, Not in or Went home: marks them out today and shares out their rooms not started. Tap Back in to undo.
- Duties today: choose who covers a duty if nobody is on the rota for it.
- Reshuffle the rest of the day: shares out all rooms not started evenly.
You can also change the housekeeper on a room from its panel on the board. Rooms already started stay where they are.
