How do I add a property and link its Airbnb calendar?
Add properties on Units and paste the calendar export link so every checkout becomes a clean.
- Open Units and tap Add (or Import for many at once).
- Enter the name, address, bedrooms and linen set, and tap Save.
- Tap Edit on the property to add access details, Wi-Fi and notes for the cleaner.
- Paste the Calendar link. In Airbnb: Listing, Availability, Sync calendars, Export. Add a Second calendar link for Booking.com or Vrbo.
- Set the owner, Owner supplies the linen, Linen only, or a Sole cleaner to confirm straight to her, and tap Save.
With a calendar linked, tap Bookings for a month view of every stay with its clean, and Sync now to read the calendar again. A checkout with no clean is marked with !.
If only the Airbnb calendar is linked, stays booked on other sites show as not available. Add the second link so those stays get a clean too.
