How do linen deliveries, orders and dirty linen work?
The Linen tab shows the linen run, landlords' linen orders and dirty linen waiting to be collected.
- Linen run: the drops for each day and Load the van today, the total of each item to take.
- Linen orders: orders from landlords. Tap Confirm, then Delivered; the landlord is emailed each time. Cancel and Undo delivered are there too. Tap Add an order to add one yourself: pick the property and the linen fills in from its beds.
- Dirty linen on site: dirty sets left at properties. Tap Collected and say how many sets you took away.
How a clean gets linen depends on the cleaner: needs delivery, collects from the depot, or brings her own. Set this on the person under Team.
