How is the linen for each clean worked out?
Linen comes from the beds a property has, or from its linen set if no beds are set.
- Bed types (in Setup): the linen one bed of each kind needs.
- Beds (on Units, switch to Beds or tap Beds on a property): add each bed with Add a bed. Tap Linen on a bed to change a count for that bed in that property only. Pick the Towels and extras set and tap Save all beds.
- Linen sets (in Setup): used for any property with no beds set.
The Linen per clean preview updates as you change the counts.
Linen on site: if you keep clean sets at a property, tap Linen on site on it and enter how many were sent up, or a count of what is there now. A clean by a cleaner who does not collect linen then uses one instead of a delivery.
