How do maintenance reports and item requests work?
Reports from cleaners and the office go on the Fix tab, along with item requests.
Cleaners report from a clean with Report damage. The office or maintenance can add one on Fix with Report: pick the property, say what is wrong and choose the kind (damage, something not working, or a task).
On each report:
- Take it on marks it in hand.
- Fixed (or Done for a task) closes it. Reopen brings it back.
- Edit corrects the property, the text or the kind.
Item requests from cleaners are listed below. Tap Ordered, then Done.
With the AI assistant on, reports written in another language are also shown in English and sorted by kind.
