How do I sign up my hotel?
Create your hotel account at hotel.bedsready.com/signup and set it up in ten short steps.
Go to hotel.bedsready.com/signup. The form opens filled with example data so you can see how it works. Tap Start blank to clear it.
- Business and Property: your company, your own name and email, the hotel name and the times of the housekeeping day.
- Room types & times and Rooms & zones: how long each clean takes, then add your rooms (for example 401 to 412) and group them into zones.
- Cleaning rules and Supervisors & inspections: what an occupied room gets each night, and which rooms get checked.
- Team and Extra duties: add everyone who will use the app, with a role each.
- Daily import: a preview of the file you will load each morning.
- Review & launch: choose your own 4 to 6 digit PIN and press Launch.
You then see your hotel code and a PIN for each person you added. Write the PINs down or hand them out straight away: they are not shown again.
