What does each role see in the hotel app?
Each person has one role, and the role decides which screens they get.
- Housekeeper: My rooms (their rooms for today in walking order, with towels and linen), Team today, Linen, My stats and Profile.
- Supervisor: the Room board, Staff board, Checks, My rooms, Complaints, Maintenance, Daily import, Rota, Time, Linen and Cleaner stats.
- Reception: the Room board (check-outs, urgent rooms, bed changes, faults), Complaints, Maintenance, Daily import and the Rota.
- Maintenance: fault jobs on Maintenance (take, update, complete, out of order) and the Room board. A Maintenance manager can also give jobs to the team and reopen jobs.
- Public areas and Linen porter: their round for the day on My rooms; linen porters also get Linen.
- Porter: the Room board and Team today.
- Hotel manager: everything at the hotel, plus Settings, QR & ratings and reports.
A manager sets each person's role under Settings, in the Team step.
