How do I read the room board?
The room board shows every room's status for the day and updates every 10 seconds.
Each room is a tile coloured by its status: Due out, To clean, Cleaning, Awaiting inspection, Ready or occupied. Small flags show things like Urgent, Late checkout, VIP, a bed change or a fault.
- Tap a count at the top (for example Ready to sell, Arrivals not ready or Faults & flags) to pick out those rooms.
- Group the tiles By floor, By status or By clean.
- Use Find room or guest to search, and the date box to look at another day.
- Tap a tile to open the room, see its details and today's history, and use its actions.
On the side you see Arrivals with their times, an Activity feed, open guest complaints and possible guest damage to review.
Managers, supervisors and reception also see a Needs attention bar at the top of every screen, for housekeeping notes, rooms not used, early checkouts and low ratings. Tap Open room or Dealt with.
