Help centre › Short-let app: cleans and cleaners

How do I import checkouts from a spreadsheet, and undo an upload?

Upload a CSV or Excel file on Rota or Units; the latest upload can be undone for 7 days.

  1. On Rota or Units, tap Import.
  2. Drop a CSV or Excel file, tap Choose a file, or use Or paste the rows instead. Any export with a property name and a checkout date will do. A calendar (.ics) file works too.
  3. Check the Property name column, Checkout date column and the optional Bedrooms column.
  4. If dates could be either way round, choose Day / Month or Month / Day. Leave Skip checkouts before today ticked unless you want old dates.
  5. Check the preview and tap Import (it shows how many cleans).

Importing again is safe: a property that already exists is matched by name and topped up with its new dates.

Wrong file? Last upload shows on Rota and Units for 7 days. Tap Undo this upload. It removes the cleans nobody has taken yet and the properties it created; cleans with a cleaner, an offer or already started are kept.
