How does the office confirm, move or cancel cleans?
Open a clean, pick a cleaner and tap Confirm this clean, or run the round to send cleans out as offers.
Today shows cleans today, done, unassigned, linen drops, on the board and to fix. Tap a number to see those cleans. New landlord requests appear under Landlord requests.
Open any clean to:
- Choose a cleaner and tap Confirm this clean.
- Pick a new date under Change the date and tap Move clean. A confirmed cleaner is emailed.
- Unconfirm, or Cancel clean. Nothing is deleted: Restore this clean brings it back with no cleaner.
- Mark as done a clean that was cleaned but never finished in the app.
On the Board tab, Run the round confirms sole-cleaner properties, sends new cleans out as offers and puts yesterday's unanswered offers on the board. Email the board sends the list to every cleaner. Use Add clean on Rota for a one-off clean.
