How do I do a clean in the app as a cleaner?
Open the clean from To do, tap Start clean, then Clean finished, add photos and tap Finish clean.
- Open To do and tap the clean. You see the access details, Wi-Fi, notes and the linen for this clean.
- Tap Start clean when you begin. A clean has to be confirmed by the office before it can start.
- Tap Clean finished as soon as the cleaning is done, before the photos. This times the clean itself. Tapped it too early? Use Not finished cleaning yet.
- Tap + add under Photos to take or pick photos, and add a Note for the office if needed.
- Tap Finish clean.
On any clean you can tap Report damage (damage, something not working, or a task) or Request an item. Finished cleans move to Done.
If dirty linen is waiting at a property, Dirty linen to take away appears at the top. Take it when you leave, then tap Collected.
