Where can I see housekeeping stats?
Cleaner stats (or My stats) shows rooms cleaned, time against plan, checks passed and guest ratings.
Open Cleaner stats (managers and supervisors) or My stats (housekeepers, public areas and linen porters).
- Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
- Managers and supervisors can pick a housekeeper from the list.
- You see rooms cleaned, the share done on or under time, planned time used, the guest rating, inspections passed, rooms per day, times by room type and what guests said.
- Managers and supervisors also see guest complaints linked to rooms that person cleaned. Housekeepers never see this on their own stats.
