How do I add cleaners and office staff?
Add people on the Team tab and send them a sign-in link or tell them their PIN.
- Open Team and tap Add.
- Enter the Name, Mobile and, if they have one, an Email for their own sign-in link.
- Choose a Role: Cleaner, Manager, Maintenance, Owner or Admin.
- Set a Starting PIN, tick Brings her own linen or Collects linen from the depot if that applies, and tap Save.
Names must be unique, because names are how people sign in. On each person's card:
- Send sign-in link emails them a link to choose their own PIN. Any earlier link stops working.
- Copy sign-in copies their sign-in details to send by message.
- Edit changes their details, or untick Active.
Someone stuck? Tap Sign-in help to see who never got back in, names typed that match nobody, and links not used, with Send PIN reset and Send new link.
